It is your lucky day, here is a taste of what we have for you!  We have seven channels currently available which are Direct Mail, Landing Page, Phone, Email, SMS, Digital Display and Voice.  Each of these can be used in some type of combination to provide the Omnichannel experience.  We have several additional features that make each unique and expandable but to go over everything would be far longer than you would be willing to read about.  So we will focus on the five most used features in our platform which are the Phone, SMS, Email, Digital Display and Landing Pages.

 

The New and Improved Phone Channel.

Being the millennial I am, it pains me to say that the phone is not dead. It has a purpose in Omni/Multichannel marketing. In fact survey participation is 80% more likely to garner a response over the phone than online or by mail. It is a window that most neglect but being DM.io, we made it better! Our Sallie AI system is intuitive and understands well. We have put her through the wringer. When an integrated list is present, Salli can greet people by name and use the information within the list to share information. She can ask survey questions which can also integrate list details, set appointments and interpret the answers for you. All the data is placed within your leads. The sky is really the limit with Salli and our Survey Question editor! Never pay for a call center again or stop ignoring the marketing potential of the phone because we know it is not generally worth the expense without our Salli Girl!

SMS That Will Work

A much easier subject for me to talk about! Text messages! We have inbound and outbound text messaging. Your initial message can include an image to share your calls to action. Again if a list is incorporated all inbound text messages will be able to great your customer and provide specified details based on that list. Your messages can be automatic with the addition of the same survey questions mentioned above or you can respond directly from your leads page and converse in real-time with your consumer! If your customer sets an appointment through the conversation an outbound text message may be set to remind them of the upcoming appointment. You are totally in control of your messages at all times making this a very useful and effective marketing during the campaign.

Beautiful Emails With Personal Touches

Mailchimp has nothing on us! With an integrated list, build a beautiful email with the help of a template. The templates are completely customizable and test emails will ensure you are sending exactly what you want! The email will personally greet your client based on your integrated list and you may incorporate details within the list if you chose within the email. Generally the first email is sent to everyone. The email is funneled to the landing page where the lead is captured. We have the option to send a second email on a selected date that can be diverted to those who have not responded as a lead or you can send a reminder to those who have responded and are now a lead or you can always send another email blast. This is probably where you will see the most bang for your buck and save you money. Not because the technology out there to do this is so expensive but because it really isn’t out there for you with all these other opportunities tied to it! Sure there is Hootsuite but you have to pay $129 per month as a small business plan for one to three people and they suggest having several other paid add ons just to effectively use their software. Seriously where will it end?!?

You also have no way to know until all your ad budget has disappeared. Our digital display turns your ad into a lead form and therefore you will know exactly how much each lead is costing and will be able to make adjustments. Take back that power!

The ad serves as a funnel to your landing page. There you can capture information and share information. By inviting those viewers to not only see your ad but to invite them to an experience, you are able to see if that ad is receiving any type of success in your leads as the ad progresses. If your ad is not gaining traction, you can adjust the audience, area covered and budget all within the channel. This is a way to finally put those social media ads in check!

To answer Facebook Messages requires a steady eye on your Facebook account which we know is distracting! You are human too and want to spend 3 hours on social media per day but not 12 hrs a day during a campaign answering countless questions. Our digital display channel has integrated Facebook messenger within the leads. You or an employee with access can chat from there on your lead page.

PURLERIFECT Landing Pages

One of the most personal touches you can add to your campaign to boost conversions is the PURL, also known as a personalized URL. The PURL is a landing page site that is completely dedicated to a specific customer by pulling in their information from the data that is uploaded into the platform. Since your landing page plays an integral role in your campaign, creating a one on one experience with your customer is crucial. When utilizing the Email and SMS channels, you have the ability to direct customers to their PURL by sending a link in a text message, or by providing a button in an email that will send them to the landing page. In the same way that people visiting their landing page directly will see personalization when they arrive, people that are sent through SMS and Email will as well. Imagine if you are doing a promotion that reaches out to your customers with September birthdays, and you decide to deploy an email or text to them that sends them to their PURL. When they arrive, they are then greeted with their name, a happy birthday message, and an invitation to visit your company in celebration of their birthday. As they scroll through the page, they are also given a personalized coupon with their name, birthday, and a unique coupon code. This personal customer experience is one that is sure to lead to more conversions for your company. Our landing pages can do this, and so much more!
